UDT’s Managed IT service tier takes all the features from the Managed IT Monitor service tier, and adds additional capabilities like incident management and portal access. Additionally, UDT’s on-staff senior and certified SMEs are available to you at this service level, augmenting your existing IT personnel. This service level requires client network documentation, device password access, OEM contract access, and Carrier contract access.

The Managed IT service tier extends your existing IT staff with UDT’s engineering team, thus building a remote cooperative working environment, able to address any IT situations under contract.
