I. Responsibilities for a Senior Account Manager
To develop and acquire new business in the K-12 and State and Local Government market. Handle escalations and participate directly in complex sales situations to negotiate and/ or resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction. Relationship management skills that translate into identifying decision-makers and influencers. Deliver business value to the accounts and build on customer relationships. Manage accounts, including forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity management. Provide accurate and timely forecasts to sales management. Excellent business acumen. Demonstrate the necessary skills to negotiate issues with peers, partners and customers using a Win/Win philosophy. Must have experience developing sales strategies, preparing proposals and quotes and presenting networking products. Needs to be a team player. Work with the solutions group in order to identify and develop solutions for the segment. Maintain up to date pipeline for leads / lead statistics and provide forecast of closing business for 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days ongoing. Properly document and manage results of won, lost or pending business. Participate in sales & business development meetings on a scheduled basis.

| Project Manager / Customer Care Coordinator: | Position Description: Project Manager – Focal point to provide the liaison between all resources to ensure complete Compliance of the requirements of the overall customer requirements for Service Delivery. Work with customers to determine project objectives and scope of work through completion. Act as the focal point between Sales, Technical Resources, Management and the Customer and any other resources that are required to plan, design and implement all Specific Project objectives and operational readiness. Assist in all Service Coordination efforts of the Customer Service Center (CSC) which will include, but are not limited to: · Call Handling · Service coordination between all resources · Cost analysis and control for sparing of maintenance contracts, logistics support, invoicing and install planning Act as a team member of the CSC to ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional service to our customers. Assist in the implementation of Call Handling Processes & Procedures. Interface with the Sales Account Managers and ensure strict compliance to agreed contractual commitments. Assist the Sales Team to ensure complete and accurate Statements of Work are implemented and understood. Work with the Finance Team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for services rendered. Work with customers on all reporting needs and documentation. Organizational Status This position reports directly to the Vice President of Service Delivery Operations for accountability and deliverables.
Responsibilities: The purpose of the Project Manager position is to oversee projects and track activity in order to initiate corrective actions to keep the project on scheduled even when the inevitable or unexpected occurs. This helps maintain realistic goals, update the plans and stay on track. Project control, or tracking, is a feedback loop in which we compare actual results against a plan; assess the impact of any deviations from target dates and costs; and determine corrective actions. Proper control cannot be exerted without this feedback loop.
